Q: Where are you going?

A: Philippines until January 2012.. after that, thinking about going to California for awhile.

Q: How long will you be gone?

A: “Gone” implies that I have somewhere to return to, which isn’t true. I sold everything and have no real reason to be anywhere in particular.

Q: Will you be working?

A: Sometimes.

Q: Why are you going?

A: 1. To explore the world and explore myself. I want to learn about other cultures firsthand and see wonderful things. I want to explore my own mind 2. The circumstances are right - no commitments here. Things haven’t always been this way and I know they won’t always be. 3. I know I’ll regret it in the future if I don’t do it now.

Q: Where will you stay?

A: I’m planning on doing a combination of: hostels, couchsurfing, hotels.

Q: Can I come visit you?

A: Yes! I’m actively looking for travel partners and I’d love for them to be people I know.

Q: I have a friend/relative in X country… would you like me to introduce you?
